This is a survey to register for the mentoring programm of the Athena FKF group and to match mentor and mentee tandems.
Dear all,
We would like to establish the mentoring program, one of the key pillars of the Athena FKF group. The mentoring program is meant as a local program, supporting female scientists. We are welcoming everybody that would like to act as a mentor and all female scientists looking for a mentor to participate.
You can register for the program as mentor/mentee by completing the survey linked below. Mentor and mentees will be matched based on their answers from the survey, taking their specific needs and wishes into consideration. Further, it is important to us that the scientific age gap is not too big (ideally one level difference).
